I can’t believe it’s already been 4 years. I still think of him often and I’m thankful I got to talk to him one last time. Forever missed.

My heart goes out to Michael's family, who are like family to me. He was such a vibrant man, who lived life to the fullest. He touched the lives of everyone he met and will always have a piece of my soul. I love you, Michael, always have, always will.

Michael was the love of my life. We met in high school and dated numerous times throughout the years. Just seeing him made me weak in the knees. One of my favorite memories was when we were driving back to Riverside from Newport Beach. We were in our early 20's and I was driving. He suddenly told me to stop the car and he jumped out and ran across traffic to a flower shop on the corner. He bought me a single rose and ran back across traffic. He was always very grand in his gestures.
