It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Michael "Mike" Mullins, who left us on September 1, 2025. Michael was born on March 5, 1977, and throughout his life, he was a beacon of hope, warmth, and kindness to all who knew him.

Known to many as Mike, he always preferred to be called Michael. His outgoing personality and helping nature made him a beloved figure in his community. Michael was ceaselessly friendly, always wearing a warm smile that made everyone around him feel welcomed and loved. He believed in spreading goodwill and his life was a testament to this belief.

The most enduring lesson Michael imparted to us was the importance of helping others. "Always help someone in need," he would say, and he lived his life by this principle. His generosity of spirit was limitless and he never hesitated to extend a helping hand to anyone in need. His life was a demonstration of selfless servitude, a quality that made him a truly remarkable man.

Michael's service in the Army was one of his most notable achievements. He served his country with immense pride and dedication, embodying what it means to be a patriotic citizen. His time in the military was marked by unwavering commitment and an unwavering spirit, leaving an indelible mark on his comrades and all who had the honor of serving with him.

Tragically, after a long-fought battle, Michael succumbed to PTSD. His passing is a stark reminder of the unseen battles many of our brave servicemen and servicewomen face. Michael's courage in the face of adversity will always be remembered and serve as an inspiration to us all.

Michael's departure has left a void that can never be filled. His memory, however, will forever live on in our hearts. His legacy of kindness, generosity, and unwavering courage is something we will continue to uphold in his honor. May his soul rest in peace.
