I was so sorry to hear about Mike's passing. He was such a kind and polite person. Always smiling and a great worker. I worked with him in Egypt with the italian company i work for.

Marines never die.

Pigi from Rome

Most of my memories about Uncle Mike are during my childhood in KL. But I could still remember the time he had a work trip in KK and stayed at our home so he can spend more time with us.  It didn’t bothered him that our home wasn’t equipped with enough beds to sleep on and the power also went out that night so it was humid and uncomfortable.

Uncle Mike was down to earth, caring and a good man. I know he loved making jokes but half of the time I couldn’t understand his accent then :p

You’ll be missed dearly and always remembered.  Girl

Fair winds and following seas Mike. May you Rest in Peace wherever you may be. I worked with Mike offshore at Cal-Dive International and spent many hours in SAT Control with him. We were always able to find something to entertain ourselves with. We were also Marine Corps Brothers. Semper Fidelis, until Valhalla.

So sorry to hear this, and condolences to the family. Mike and I worked together in East Malaysia in the 80's. A good friend and oil field diver. I was his supervisor and he always got the job done!
I will always remember Uncle Mike for his warmth and kindness. May he rest peacefully.
I was Mike's TA at Auburn school district. He was fun to be around will miss him dearly.
A very soft spoken and kind uncle like Mike will always be remembered. May he rest in eternal peace. ❤️

Mike will be remembered by all for his gentle kindess.

Uncle Dick

Mike and I grew up together in Spokane!  Through grade schools and high school we had grand times and high adventure!  He was a good friend.  I remember him with much fondness and thinking about our times together - I can only smile and thank the “powers that be” that he was in my life!  Rest in peace my friend!
My heartfelt sorrows to all Mike’s  family. The world could use a few more people like him.
