Michael Allen Cobb was born on July 28, 1962 in Norfolk, Virginia and departed this life on April 27, 2021. He was the son of the late John Issac and Lizzie Ruth Cobb.

He was educated in Boston Public Schools. After high school, Michael joined the Navy in 1981. He was a crew member of the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN-68). Michael was extremely talented when it came to working with numbers and his …
