Michael Christopher Pierce, age 49, passed away on April 26, 2022, in Tacoma, Washington. He was born on March 14, 1973, in Bridgeton, New Jersey. Michael, known to his loved ones as Mike, was a devoted family man and a beloved friend.

Mike is survived by his loving wife of 9 years, Dianne Pierce, and their children Lily and Micah Pierce of Tacoma, as well as his daughter from a previous marriage, Hannah Pierce of Kent, WA. He will also be missed by his parents, siblings, and 7 nieces and nephews. Mike was predeceased by his sister Michele and his nephew Brandon.

A Branch Manager at Bank of America, Mike was a true hero to his friends, always there in times of need. He had a remarkable sense of humor and was voted "Class Clown" in high school. Mike's infectious laughter and genuine generosity will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on May 7th, 2022, at Farm12 Event Center, Puyallup, WA, from 3-6 pm. Funeral services will take place on May 2nd, 2022, at 1:30 pm at Gaffney Funeral Home, with interment to follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Lakewood. All who knew Mike are welcome to attend the celebration.
