If you ran into a home improvement problem, Mike always had a solution. I was trying to water proof a exterior wall that was subgrade but daily summer rains made it impossible. Mike grabbed a bunch of 2x4s that he stored and helped me construc t a giant shed that covered the entire side of my garage. He was never too busy to help you out. I will never forget him.

Mike you are my best friend you're my brother from another mother I know you're paying free now and living in the joys of heaven I'll see you soon brother.

Mike was not only passionate about life & faith, he was equally passionate about keeping others safe. He changed my view on safety and certainly changed our culture as an organization. Heaven will be a safer place with Mike in it. RIP Mike, you are dearly missed & loved.    

I think that everyone here at Comfort Systems USA would agree that Mike made this a much better place. In fact, I  would go further and say that Mike made the world a much better place. His passion, his commitment,  and his overall kindness know no match. He is greatly missed. Rest in Peace my friend.

Very sorry and sad to hear of this wonderful man’s passing, he was a pleasure to work with, but more importantly he was a great friend. 

Mike was more than a coworker. He’s a friend, mentor, teacher, coach, comedian, and brother-in-Christ. He had tireless work ethic and an unmatched passion for people. He genuinely cared and put his heart and soul in everything he did. He left a legacy of love. More than anything, he loved God, his wife & kids. I never got to meet his family or see him since his diagnosis, but know we’ll get to share tears of joy in Heaven. 

I was so sorry to hear about Mike's passing. He was such a inspiration to so so many. I had the pleasure of working with him sharing in many in-depth conversations about faith, family and his passionate knowledge of safety. I along with many others grew in our understanding of a safety culture he created and never wavered from. I am a better person because of his example. His love of God and love of his family gave him the strength to endure whatever came his way. Rest in peace my dear friend, until we meet again. 

Kristie first and fore most I love you. So so happy for Mike as he is dancing in heaven . Praying for you he has left you with love and I pray peace. So sorry I can't make it I'm having surgery the day before.  Kristy God has your place saved right next to Mike but remember he isn't finished with you yet. Chin up and smile Mike is watching.
