Michael's obituary
Michael “Buddy” K.C. Aki, 79, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2025. A 1963 graduate of Kamehameha Schools, he was a veteran of the United States Navy and a retired Fire Inspector from the Honolulu Fire Department.
He is survived by his wife, Audrey; children Michelle (Jesse), Michael Darin, and Tiffany; siblings Sidney (Alana) Aki, Danielle “Ipo” Gora, and Guy (Sky) Gora; aunt Juliette “Tootsie” Goo; and many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
A Celebration of Life for Buddy will be at Lili’uokalani Protestant Church on Saturday April 5 in Haleiwa. Visitations are at 9 a.m. and Services are at 10 a.m.. The church is located at 66–090 Kamehameha Hwy.
