Micah's obituary

Micah was born in Beaumont, Texas on August 13, 1977, and passed away on

February 13, 2025. He spent much of his childhood in The Woodlands, TX,

where he graduated from McCullough High School in 1995. Micah went to Texas

A&M University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in science with a

concentration in Agricultural Business and Management. He became a project

manager for multi-family construction and renovations around the Austin area. He

held a NASCLA license in multiple states, which allowed him to work and share

his expertise and love for construction throughout the South.

Micah is survived in death by his mother, Donna Foust Roberts; father, Steve

Roberts; his brother Justin and his wife, Courtney, and their children, Adalyn and

Cooper; his brother Logan and his wife, Brittany, and their children, Madison and

Jackson; the mother of his children, Jenny Roberts; and lights of his life, his

daughters Josephine and Charlie Mae.

Micah enjoyed the simple things in life. He felt most relaxed and at ease being

outdoors. His idea of a perfect weekend was spent hiking the trails in Austin,

camping in the woods, or floating in the Guadalupe River with his friends and

family. His adventurous spirit and thirst for life lead him to never turn down the

opportunity to explore all this beautiful world has to offer! Micah also had a love

for Texas A&M athletics. He never missed a chance to watch an Aggie football

game or wear maroon to show his Aggie pride. But most of all, Micah enjoyed

cheering for his beautiful daughters Josephine and Charlie Mae. As a former high

school soccer player, Micah beamed with pride every time Josephine would get

on the field. She has natural talent and would spend hours working with her dad

on soccer drills. Micah was Josephine's soccer coach for the last 3 years and

was honored to pour his love of the game into her and all his players. Charlie

Mae is a daddy's girl and was always by her dad's side doing whatever he was

doing. Charlie Mae has Micah's spunky spirit and ‘live life to the fullest’ attitude

that Micah would have certainly helped to cultivate. Off the field, Micah was an

incredible chef! He could be found in the kitchen chopping, stirring, and sautéing

all types of food - from Cajun to Barbecue - with his daughters never far away,

examining, learning, and taste-testing all his exquisite dishes. They were the

perfect sous chefs for all of Micah's delicious meals.

Micah had a heart to serve and help others, especially those in need, and a love

for his friends and family. The void Micah's death leaves will not be easy to

overcome. With time and patience, the memories will become etched in our

brains. His legacy will live on in Josephine, Charlie Mae, and the hearts of all

those who loved Micah. Micah was loved by many and will be missed, every day, by all.
