Miamy J Barbour, 37, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away at her home on Monday October 9, 2023. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Claria and Ira Mays and paternal grandfather Charles Tanner Jr. She will be met with open arms by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
