I could always count on a hello from Mesh, a smile, and for her to give me a hard time (all in fun). I pray that God will give her loved ones strength during this difficult time. Mesh was a wonderful person and colleague.

My condolences to Mesh's family. I first met Meshonea when we worked together at Connections Training, 19 yrs ago. But, because of her loving nature and effervescent spirit, it felt like we've known each other much longer. She was my sister, my son's Aunt Mesh. I am so blessed to have met her and experienced her light for the time that God allowed. She will always be loved and remembered. Ky'Neike ❤️

Meshonea and I have known each other since high school, and our connections were many, including our fathers, who were both incarcerated at the same prison. Meshonea had the biggest heart of anyone I've ever seen in her care for others. Meshonea, I will miss you forever.

I met Meshonea when I began at PCOM in 2013. Though our paths did not cross on a daily basis, when they did she was always smiling, friendly, and extremely helpful. My heart goes out to her family and friends with the sincerest of sympathies.

Reading all of the heartfelt messages from Mesh’s PCOM colleagues confirms that hiring Mesh to serve as our manager of the Student Affairs office at PCOM was my best decision-not that I ever doubted this choice. Mesh was the integral piece of our SA team, fueled by her passion for doing whatever she could-every day-to help a student in need. She was smart, funny and determined to be the best that she could be and to do whatever was needed to make our SA services and programs a success. But as important to me as her commitment was to her professional roles and responsibilities is the gratefulness I feel for the times Mesh and I shared together, in between the craziness of the office, talking about our families and our lives away from PCOM. The pride and love Mesh had for Najah and Tarik, her grandkids and her family are beyond words. We called each other “sisters-by-choice”, an honor I cherish.
Mesh, I will miss your smile, your voice, your hugs, your stories, your laugh. My Sister, your spirit will live on… I promise. Love you.

Prayers for strength, peace of mind, and the fondest memories to her family and dearest friends. Meshonea Fox, as unique as her name and her voice! I loved her for compassion and service to others and her ability to make me smile every single time I heard her voice or was in her presence. She is irreplaceable and GENUINELY cared about the well being of those she connected with. Rest well and may your spirit forever be a reminder of a true friend, positivity energy, opulence, grace, and power.

I came to the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine 5 years ago. Mesh as I called her lovingly was one of the first people I met. Her smile was radiant. She helped me tremendously getting acclimated to campus. Our personalities matched and we quickly became friends. There is nothing that I ever asked for help with and she didn’t assist. I lost my fiancé to gun violence in 2020. Even with her own health struggles, she was a GREAT comfort for me. I was so happy when I found a blanket with little fox’s on it. When I gave it to her, our conversation was of the future and not to worry, she would be back with us soon. We were going to take a trip to some place exotic. I love you Mesh. I will miss you tremendously. PCOM has NOT been the same without you. Find your way to my Andre. I am trying to be worthy to see all of whom I loved again. Prayers of courage, comfort and strength to your beautiful family and all who loved you. I will never forget you.

I truly enjoyed working with Mesh. She will be sorely missed. She was more than a co-worker; she was a friend. She was there for me when I lost my father and I will never forget the support and love she showed me.
