MERCEDES's obituary
Mercedes Meza was born on November 14, 1933 to Raphael and Aurora Valencia in Tolleson.
She met Pedro Meza, and they wed in 1950, going on to have four children, Pedro Jr., Ralph, Arturo and Cecilia.
When Mercedes had her first child, she decided to dedicate her life to being a fantastic and wonderful mother. Mercedes excelled at encouraging members of her family and supporting them, through difficulty and through hardship , she made it her mission to improve the lives of those she loved.
Mercedes was a passionate about her beautiful skills and creativity, weather she was sewing, crocheting, or embroidery, she did everything with great pride, and, when she wasn’t filling her home with warmth and kindness, she could be found in her kitchen cooking meals, that were created with love and generosity . We will miss her greatly.
Mercedes was predeceased by her parents Raphael and Aurora, her brothers Louis, Benny, and her sister Dolores. Mercedes is survived by her loving husband Pedro, her children Pete Jr., Ralph, Arturo and Cecilia. She also has grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, whom she greatly loved,
There will be a funeral service with visitation on December 7, 2020 from 5-9 pm and on December 8, 2020 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm will be an outdoor service with father Ochoa and interment at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park and Mortuary in Riverside Ca.
