Mert was the most wonderful, thoughtful, caring person. We had some good conversations and she was so special- the sister I never had. I’m so sorry for your loss but so happy that Mert is with her Lord and Savior.

Mert was one of my favorite people. She would always make me feel special. She was my 2nd mom, I always enjoyed being around her. She was a Beautiful soal! Heaven sure gained a wonderful angel. Rest in Peace mom (my friend) Mert. Love you and Bless your family at this time of sadness.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I knew Mert for so many years as she and my sister, Sharon Stauss,  were very dear friends for many years.  Mert was in Sharon‘s wedding, as was I. We spent many years together growing up although I was younger than they were. I will never forget Mert’s warm smile and most kind heart.  Honestly, I always thought, even as a child, that she was one of the most kind and sweet people I have ever met. To this day, I feel that same way. May she rest in the arms of our father God, now free of any pain or confusion that clouded her day to day life.  I sincerely loved her as my sister‘s friend, as well as my friend, even though I was younger.
