Background
Even prior to receiving her diploma from Oxford Area High School in 2017 , Mercedes realized her heart was caring for people, especially Seniors. So it was only natural her first part-time job was with Ware Presbyterian Village. That part-time position quickly turned full-time as both parties understood this was meant to be. Shortly after graduation, Mercedes became a Certified Nursing Assistant and began working with dementia patients.
