Boasting a personality that was witty, helpful, loving, and funny, Melvin was always the life of any gathering. However, what set him apart was his tenacity. Melvin leaves behind his Mother Sonja, Sister Alicia, Brother Antonio. His Partner Alison and eight children and three grandchildren. His family not only shares countless memories with Melvin but also cherishes the life lessons and immense love he had to give. We extend our heartfelt condolences to her and all those mourning Melvin's passing.
A viewing was held in Melvin's honor on August 25, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Mid South Mortuary Service where friends and family gathered to celebrate his life and reminisce about the beautiful moments shared with him.
