She is survived by her children James Stevens, Anthony Hux, Ava Malkowski, Alyssa Malkowski, Timothy (TJ) Williams, Two brothers Dylan and James Stevens of St. Louis, Missouri, Two sisters, Teresa Cook and Rachel Cook both of St. Louis, Missouri.
