Melissa Frederica Scott Bradley, daughter of Minnie Lee Scott and John P. Mark, was born December 2nd, 1954, in Seneca, SC. She departed from us on July 19th, 2021.

As a child she lived in Germany for a few years where she learned to speak German. After that, majority of her life was lived in Seneca SC. She attended Blue Ridge High School until the schools were integrated and graduated from Seneca High School in 1972. She was married to Joseph Bradley from 1992-2004. She retired from the Oconee School District in 2017 after 31 years of service. During those years she made many friends and was loved by the students she had the pleasure to see every day. She enjoyed singing and was a member of the Oconee Mass Choir for several years. She did not miss her soaps especially Days of Our Lives. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends whenever she could.

She is predeceased by her mother and father, Minnie Lee Scott and John P. Mark. She is survived by her three children, Thomas, Carlos, and Marquitta Scott. Her grandchildren, Sade Johnson, Brittany Jones, Michael Scott, Zadrian Scott, VonShae Scott, and fur grandchildren Rose and Evie and a host of great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles and cousins. Also, her God-given children and grandchildren that became family during her years of driving.

She had a beautiful smile that could light up a room, an infectious laugh and a big heart. She will be truly missed but has graciously accepted her wings.
