Melissa J. Daniels, age 51, of Millersport, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, September 19, 2021. Melissa is preceded in death by her parents, James and Cora Daniels, and her great-niece, Emmalyn Patrick. Melissa is survived by her daughter, Amber (Ben) Isham; fiancé, Drennen Grimes; siblings, Mike (Kelly) Daniels, James (Debra) Daniels, and Tammy Daniels; nieces and nephews, Kelsey Patrick, Krystal Harper, Brandon Daniels, Olivia Daniels, and James Jones; great-nieces and nephews; and many friends. Melissa was a loving mother, partner, sister, aunt, and friend. Melissa was outgoing, she never met a stranger. She enjoyed tending to her vegetable and flower gardens. She also loved her pets, which included flocks of ducks and chickens, a pig named Winnie, a cat named Daisy, and three dogs, Tabby, Lou Lou, and Diesel. Melissa loved spending time outdoors. She loved fishing, hiking, and morel mushroom hunting. Melissa also enjoyed crafting, she was a creative and talented artist. A celebration of life ceremony to honor Melissa Jane Daniels will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2021, from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Jim and Debra Daniels home located at 8641 Chapel St. SE, Waynesburg, Ohio 44688. Food and refreshments will be provided.
