Lisa's obituary
Melissa Anne "Lisa" Clark, 56, of Garland, Texas, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2025. Born on January 4, 1969, in Dallas, Lisa brought joy, laughter, and warmth to everyone who knew her.
Lisa is lovingly remembered by her mother and stepfather, Karel and Arthur Palmer of Dallas, TX; her father and stepmother, Jack and Donna Clark of Highland Village, TX; her siblings, Leonard Clark of Ballwin, MO, Shelley Fopiano and husband David of Plano, TX, and Cody Clark of Flower Mound, TX. She was a proud and loving aunt to Nicole Clark, Grayson Harper, Chloe Clark, and Hunter Harper.
Lisa had a deep love for animals, especially her cherished cats—Blue, Pico, and Pudge—and all her beloved fur-babies who crossed the Rainbow Bridge before her. Her sense of humor, generous spirit, and loyal friendship touched many lives and will be dearly missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 26th at the Plano Environmental Education Center from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in honor of Lisa to the Arthritis Foundation, City of Garland Animal Services, or NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).
