When we were about 6 and 9 and Auntie, Uncle Joe and Missy lived on Norwalk or Norfolk Ave., we were obsessed with rollerskating and the Donny and Marie Show. We only had 1 pair of rollerskates so we would each put one on, hold hands and spin each other up and down the street, screaming the show's opening at the top of our lungs. She was always a little bit country. I was always a little bit rock and roll.

You were never far from my mind and heart and I thought of you often. Later we communicated via Facebook .
