Hi Stan.  I am so sorry.  This is unbelievable.  I can’t imagine.  Deann had such a wonderful time sharing the hikes in Switzerland with Melinda.  I always enjoyed my conversations with her in the Alpine Club.  She had so much energy and enthusiasm.  My Deepest Sympathy.  Rick

It has been years since I’ve seen Melinda in person, but I spent several mission trips to Jamaica with her and got her know her through Life Teen at St. Ann’s. She was the kind of mother and person I aspired to be. May she rest in Christ, and I pray for healing for her precious family

I was heartbroken when I heard the news of Melinda's passing.  Melinda and Stan always treated me with respect and love, and as one of the family.  I enjoyed visiting with them in several of their homes and in particular the time we visited when they lived in Syracuse.  They generously invited us to stay and use their home as a base to explore several sites in upstate New York.  I want to extend my deepest condolences to Stan, Mary, Susie, and Lisa and her family on their loss.  My thoughts are with you all.

My deepest condolences go out to you, Lisa and Stan, at this tragic loss... I knew, loved and respected Melinda as she was the mother of Ryan’s best Friend, Jeff, and I later had the privilege of getting to know her better over the years during Jeff’s illness.  She was someone to admire and respect in every way!   May she rest in peace, and may your hearts be consoled.

There are no words to express the grief at losing my sister.  I pray for all who were touched by her beautiful spirit but especially for Stan, Lisa and the Grandchildren.  May God's love and grace comfort us all in this time of loss.  May we all continue to share Melinda's light, love, and spirit to everyone we meet.
