MELINDA COX WALTERS of Galena Park passed away at her home June 3, 1995. Mrs. Walters was born September 2, 1955 in Houston, Texas. She is survived by her husband , James Scott Walters; children, Matthew Wayne Walters, Heather Lynn Walters,  Sean Allen Walters; mother and father, Mildred Landry Cox and Zeno Monroe Cox; sisters and brothers-in-law, Karen and Fred Jones, Barbara and Ron Holt; mother and father-in-law, Ina and James Walters; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Steve Walters, Randall and Connie Walters, Chris Walters; nephews, Randy, Eric, and Joshua Walters, and Michael Holt; niece, Christi Holt; and Melinda’s best friend, Elaine Wafford Currie.
