Melvin Wayne “Mel” Milburn, 71, of Crestwood, KY, passed away on December 1, 2022, in Melbourne, FL with his loving wife and daughter by his side.
Mel was born on June 6, 1951, to Esther Mae Milburn and Harold Eugene Milburn in Louisville, KY. After graduating from Taylor County High School in 1969, he had a diverse career which included service in the United States Army (stationed at Fort Knox in Kentucky), eventually going on …
