Maxine Leona Robertson

(16 December 1929 - 20 April 2022)

Maxine L. Robertson departed on April 20, 2022, at the age of 92 years, at her residence in Kirkland Washington.

She was born on December 16, 1929 to Anton & Julia (Mekosh) Wegrzyn in Ord Nebraska and was the youngest of her siblings: Cerella, Matilda, and Archie.

Maxine met Charles E. Robertson in Ord, they married in 1949 and made their way to Riverside California, raising their three boys: Michael, David, and Roy. She worked at home and enjoyed flowers, plays, crosswords, painting, card games, antiques, and spending time with her family.

Maxine’s husband, boys, and siblings all passed before her. She is survived by her Grandchildren: Jessica Kobaly of California, and Charles (Samantha) Robertson and Great Grandchildren: Jordan and Morgan Robertson of Washington. Nieces and Nephews in Nebraska who will miss their aunt “Mackie”.

There will be a small graveside service next spring when Maxine will join Charles in eternal rest at Riverside National Cemetery.
