He was born May 30, 1960, in Washington, DC and was the son of the late Barbara Ann Williams and Otis Williams. He enjoyed life in every sense of the word and brought an array of sunshine to all that met him; He was laid back, and always comedic cracking jokes. If you knew Maurice (Mau) you knew his LOVE and passion for cars.
