Maurice Bourassa, 56 of Manteca California , passed away December 3, 2021. He was born in Detroit Michigan but spent most of his life in California. He was known as by his nickname “Moe” or “Morry” . Morry was a truck driver of many years , the last several years he enjoyed taking his  sons Nathan and Tyler along with him. Morry was the father of five boys of whom he was very proud

Morry was gifted with a beautiful singing voice, was a very likable kid growing up he made many lifelong friends - he really enjoyed making people laugh. We cherish the photo of Morry holding frozen hamburger patties to the sides of his head mimicking Mickey Mouse.

Morry was preceded in death by his father Harry Bourassa Sr, step-father Rufus Si Drury, brothers Roy Bourassa and Russell “Robin” Farnsworth. He is survived by his mother Della, sons Nathanial,Tyler, Kenneth Hall , Christopher and Brandon, sister Debra,  brother Harry, niece Amber, nephews Joseph , Micheal,  Danny , Bryan, and numerous other relatives.

Morry arranged a special event summer 2021 to have his elderly mother attend a family get together because he worried she wouldn’t be around much longer.  Turns out it was Morry who would leave us next. He  will be greatly missed everyday by all who knew and loved him. 

Morry as well as his sister, mother, several nieces and nephews shared the hope of a future resurrection onto a peaceful earth under God’s Kingdom, a promise from the Creator, Jehovah God, through the sacrifice of his beloved son Jesus. We look forward to these promises, and to see Morry again in a better world.
