Matthew Hanson of Port Charlotte, Florida left this earth on July 05, 2023. Our hearts and our souls are heavy with his absence.

Matthew was born on November 2nd, 1983 in Port Charlotte, FL. Matthew was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. Matthew was a long-time employee at Domino's Pizza. Matthew was also a passionate Florida boy and loved fishing, the University of Florida Gators, and the Miami Dolphins. Anyone who knew Matthew knew that he was the most loving father and partner a family could ask for. Matthew was predeceased by his mother, Joan, and his brothers David and Jeremy. He is survived by his sister-wives Angel and Amber, his step-mother Debra, his children Gabe (18), Jay (18), Scarlett (15), Kaden (14), and Colton (10), his siblings Jennifer, Stacey, Mykel, Marc, and Kipper, and his nieces and nephews Allie, Emily, Kaleb, Ryan, Jaxson, and Olivia, and many extended family members and friends. There will be a Celebration of Life service at a later date.
