Matthew Alan Falin of Flint, Michigan, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2025, at the age of 42. He was born on October 3, 1983, to Geraldine Sisco and the late Michael Wilbur. Matt will be remembered for his creativity, love of music, and deep devotion to his family. He enjoyed spending time with loved ones, creating artwork and tattoos, and sharing his passion for music. Matt is survived by his mother, Geraldine Sisco; children, Alexis, Thomas, Truston, Trenton Falin, and Isiah Walker; sisters, Paula Schermerhorn (Robert), Michelle Wilbur, and Christy Sisco; brother, Mario Gonzales (Debra); and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Wilbur; sister, Jamie Brooks; his nephew, Richard Dickerson Jr.; aunt, Jean Cannoy; and cousin, James (Jimmy) Cannoy. A memorial dinner to celebrate Matt’s life will be held on October 19, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 3487 Richfield Rd., Suite 3, Flint, MI 48506. All who knew and loved Matt are welcome to attend.
