It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Matthew "Teddy" Conrad, who passed away unexpectedly on March 29, 2023. Born in 1998, he was a loving and dedicated individual who touched the lives of many. Though he was known by some as Teddy, he preferred the name Matthew. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and family.

Matthew was overjoyed to welcome a child into the world on January 8, 2023. He cherished every moment spent with his family, and the love he had for them was evident to all who knew him. His greatest accomplishments included his child and creating a beautiful family with the woman he loved.

A man of many interests, Matthew enjoyed a wide variety of foods, including pizza, bacon, eggs, wings, and burritos. He also had a taste for Dr. Pepper, whiskey, vodka, and coke. He had a passion for the arts and entertainment, with favorite books like 50 Shades of Grey and favorite music, such as The Way, Red, Go Hard, Dear Mama, and Shake It Off. He adored TV shows like How to Catch a Cheater, The Flash, and NCIS, and movies like Pineapple Express and The Little Mermaid.

Matthew's favorite artists included Taylor Swift, Kevin Gates, and 2pac. He cheered for the Seahawks and enjoyed playing NBA, 2k, and Call of Duty. His favorite performances were of a more risqué nature, and he found joy in recreational activities like fishing, eating, and spending time with family. He was proficient in building houses and loved to vacation in the mountains. Locally, he could often be found at the dispensary.

Those who knew Matthew would describe him as witty, prompt, funny, and laid back, with a favorite color of pink. He believed in giving second chances and was known for his kind-hearted nature. Matthew's memory will live on through his family and the many lives he touched.

We will forever remember the look of love and joy on Matthew's face when he and his wife, Frankesa, found out they were expecting. He will be dearly missed, but his spirit will continue to inspire and uplift those who had the privilege of knowing him. Rest in peace, Matthew "Teddy" Conrad.
