Matlene Spencer was born January 9th 1942. A native of South Carolina She moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Kensington High school. Matlene worked in the Medical Field. Met and married Robert Spencer, Jr in 1962. They remained married for 56 years. Was the Mother to three children Rodney, Lisa and Darrin. With grandchildren. Matlene loved dancing and enjoying all kinds of Music.
