Maryalyce's obituary
Bonnie was born in Pittsburgh, PA on July 9th, 1944 to Alice and Harold Galloway. She graduated from Holy Innocents High School in 1962. She met the love of her life David Harvey, while he was in the U.S. Army stationed in Pittsburgh and they were married on March 16th, 1963.
Bonnie and David owned Hobby Haven, where they worked side by side for 7 years. Bonnie was also employed at Storey Kenworthy and United Information Services.
Bonnie enjoyed traveling, playing cards, solving puzzle, playing bingo, watching movies, and hunting for Indian artifacts. Her greatest passion was being a mother. As years passed, she became a grandmother & great-grandmother. She enjoyed every moment spent next to her family. She was without a doubt, the heart of it all.
If you knew Bonnie, you knew her kind voice and her infectious laugh. You would also know her love for fanny packs. She was always patient, gentle and loving. She truly enjoyed life and those she shared it with.
She will be remembered by so many for years and years to come. She is survived by her husband David; children David Jr. (Cheryl), Chrys (Joe), Brian (Kelle); grandchildren Anthony, Brandon, Amanda, Darrin, Alex, Abbie, Ricky, Taylor, Zach, Luke; 12 great-grandchildren; siblings Robert (Irene) Galloway, David (Kathy) Galloway and Judy Galloway; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Harold & Alice Galloway; mother-in-law Eunice Bowler “Grams”; Aunt Mildred Thomas “Mano”; and great-grandmother Miriam Thomas “Granny”
