Mary Louise Steven Broussard was born on July 14, 1936 to the union of the late Charlie and Anna Broussard in Rayne, La. Mary was a loving, caring mother, daughter, sister, sister-in-law, grandmother, cousin and friend. She left us surrounded by her friends and family on April 4, 2021 from Pancreatic Cancer.

Mary is survived by one son, Varice Steven of Rayne, La; six grandchildren, Vyshonna Steven, Vyshonn Forte of Norfolk, Va, Dejane Davis, Varisha Steven, Varicia Steven, and Varice Steven Jr. of Rayne, LA; sisters, Rose Sinegal of Rayne, LA, Agnes (Eugene) Benjamin Jr. of Lafayette, LA; her very special friend, Melanie Watters and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Steven; parents, Charlie and Anna Broussard; sister, Nettie Ozone; brother, Sidney Broussard, and Clopha Broussard; nephews, Johnny Sinegal, and Patrick Sinegal; niece, Barbara Ozone.
