Mary's obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of the beloved Mary Shipps, born on May 21, 1942, married to Joseph Shipps on January 7th, 1967 and passed away on July 27, 2023. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness and generosity and will be fondly remembered for her witty and warm personality coupled with a great sense of humor.
Mary is survived by her, eldest son James Shipps, daughter Shannon Falkenstine, and youngest son Sean Shipps who will cherish her memory. Mary was a remarkable woman, whose boundless spirit and love for a good story left an indelible mark on all those who knew her. She was known for her passion for life, her ability to love being herself, and her master's degree, indicative of her intellectual prowess, which she considered one of her greatest accomplishments.
Please join us in a Celebration of Life Service for Mary on September 9, 2023, at 1:00PM at Echo Ridge Apartments. This event will serve as an opportunity for us to come together as a community to share stories, honor her life, and begin the process of healing.

During this challenging time, we wish to express our heartfelt gratitude for the outpouring support and love. Mary's spirit has indeed touched the lives of so many and her warmth and light will continue to shine on through us all. We are deeply moved by your kindness, and we thank you for being a part of Mary's extraordinary journey.
