Mary "Dee" Delores Radford-DeVane, age 75, passed away in her home in Yulee, FL on 10/13/2023.
Dee was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL born to Lloyd and Delores Radford and graduated from Andrew Jackson High School. After high school she joined Vista where she was heavily involved in social and civil rights work primarily in Chicago, IL before marrying Robert "Bob" Hartley and moving to San Diego, CA.
