Mary Penn age 79, passed away on December 4,2021. Mary was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Helen Howard. She was preceded in death by a brother(Jerry Howard) and three sisters (Dorothy Young, Rita Littleton, Susan Meagher)and leaves behind two sisters ( Helen Duer, Rosemary Munoz)and 2 brothers ( Fred Howard, Less Howard). She leaves behind her husband, Franklin Penn Sr, four sons (and their spouses), Franklin Penn Jr, Raymond Penn, Arthur Penn, ChesterPenn. …
