Background
The family has established a memorial fund in the name of Mary E. McNeil to help support low-income senior citizens and families negatively impacted by COVID in Texas and Louisiana. The seniors are often forgotten and (too) frequently have to choose between whether they can afford food or medicine. This fund will target some of those in need and also support families that have been ravaged by COVID-19.
