Mary Lou Anderson Burns - Moore, 88

Mary Lou was born March 21, 1934 in Ainsworth, NE to Julian "Butch" and Clara Anderson. She passed away at Crowell Memorial Home in Blair, NE on January 5, 2023.

Mary Lou was preceded in death by her husbands, Ronald P. Burns and Lynn E. Saunders; her parents; an infant brother; sister, Dona Jean; and brothers Norris and Doran.

Survivors include children, Jon Saunders and Karl (Janelle) Burns; sisters-in-law Katherine Saunders and Mary Saunders; 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and the loving Moore step-family.

Mary Lou grew up in Long Pine, NE and graduated from Long Pine High School in 1951. She then attended Norfolk Junior College and graduated in 1953 with a teaching certificate and continued her education at the University of NE in Lincoln.

Mary Lou will be remembered for her kindness and numerous friendships.

Memorial Service, Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 11:00am. All Saints Episcopal Church, 9302
