Mary Klanecky gained her angel wings on August 16, 2022 at her home surrounded by lots of love and family in Fortuna, California. Mary was 79 years old. Mary's life was wonderful. Unfortunately it came to a painful end when she had her last fall. Those of us who were blessed to be touched by her understand that her existence and the imprint she left on our hearts exceed the quantity of time that she stayed here. Mary was very loving and caring. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved to cook for all of her family. She was a master of fried chicken, an avid hummingbird enthusiast and an amazing gardener. Mary also loved sewing, going to garage sales, and collecting antiques. Not a day went by where Mary didn't talk about how much her children and family meant to her -- her family was arguably her most important achievement in life. Mary is survived by her loving husband Everett; her children, Paul and his wife Ruby, Allan, Alice and her husband John; her grandchildren Jonathan, Kami and Teesha; her great grandchildren Mason and Ryker, and countless friends. Mary was predeceased by her eldest daughter Liana who she now is in Heaven with. Services are private to immediate family only. In lieu of flowers, please consider sending directly to the family.
