It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Kauffman, who ascended peacefully on January 3, 2024 at York Hospital. Born on April 1, 1944, Mary lived a full and vibrant life. She will always be remembered for her caring spirit, spunky attitude and passion for her animals and family.

Mary was predeceased by her husband, Carl Kauffman Sr. She leaves behind her three children: son Carl Kauffman Jr of Thomasville, daughters Barbie Kauffman and Connie  Kauffman of Thomasville; three grandchildren: Danielle Kauffman of York, Matthew Kauffman of Oregon, and Nathan Kauffman of York; brother Daniel  Zittel of Hanover and  sister Caroline Decker. Countless others including great-grand children and cousins will mourn her loss. 

Services are to be held at the discretion of the family.
