It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mary Helms, a remarkable woman whose life was a brilliant tapestry of achievement, joy and indomitable spirit. Born on October 25, 1955, Mary left us too soon on January 17, 2026, leaving a legacy that will forever echo in the hearts of those who knew her. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband and life love, Martin Cose, in 1989.
