Mary Anne Harkless of Roanoke and Blacksburg, VA, passed away on December 26th, 2022 at the age of 79. Mary was a gifted mental health therapist who dedicated her life to helping others. She had a special place in her heart for children and veterans, and most recently worked providing equine-assisted psychotherapy at Healing Strides in Boones Mill, Virginia. Retirement never quite took with Mary, who often expressed plans to return to work as a …
