Background
My mom was a great mom and loved children. Not only did she have seven children of her own but she went on to raise three of her grandchildren and become a great babysitter of her daughter’s three children. She loved children and she would always be there to try to help in anyway she could. Not only that she just loved people in general and was genuinely interested in each individual no matter who it was. If they were in need and she could help, she would.💜
In the last couple years, on Sundays mostly, she would sit and watch church on tv & found a FATHER CEDRIC ( who is also listed here, see Charity ) Whom she just adored. He made so much sense to her and brightened her Sundays . He speaks very well and clearly and it was easy for her to understand as her hearing was quite bad in the last 10 years or so. After church and during the commercials they would often times play Children’s Hospital ads…. She thoroughly enjoyed watching the little children and always wished that she could also help but never got around to it. Having a disabled child was dear to her heart & she could relate to the struggle as she also had a disable child . Although, he has lived quite the normal life and nothing stood in his way, he had many brothers to beat up on him& toughen him up! 😊
I chose Saint Jude Children hospital because she fell in love with the song “hey Jude “ in the past two years out of nowhere & I thought it would be fitting to choose this hospital too❤️
***Above we chose a couple charities we felt good about. If you feel like you want donate in her name, we would really appreciate that. Thank you in advance❤️ Contribute to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
