Background
Mary was an amazing teacher. She loved to read and write, and especially to tell stories. She shared her love of books with her children, grandchildren, and all the students who were lucky enough to know her. With this fund, her children will provide support to teachers and schoolchildren within the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District for programs and items that encourage a love of reading, writing and storytelling in children.
