Mary Lewis gained his angel wings on April 5, 2022 at his home in Chattanooga . Mary was 95 years old.

Mary's life would seem too short to many, but those of us who were Blessed to be touched by his understand that his existence and the imprint He left on our hearts exceed the quantity of time that He stayed here.
Mary was talented and adventurous in many aspects of his life. He retired from Zayre Department store after working 17 years in the snack bar (the best hamburger ever) and also a former employee of Bonds Drug and Snack Shop . When Mary wasn't working he was a dedicated member of St Elmo Missionary Baptist Church until her health declined, he could be found in Chattanooga. Not a day went by where Mary didn't talk about how much his children and family meant to him-- his family was arguably his most important achievement in life.

Mary is survived by his loving wife Pam lewis , his children, Robbie Smith shropshire, yavette bibbins shropshire(granddaughter), and all his beautiful grandchildren Marcajun demya shropshire (great granddaughter), Shermany symone Bowles, China monae smith, Deieveon martemous smith, Marquay Denise shropshire, Jackee Rollins shropshire, Jarvis shropshire, Tasha McGee,  and countless friends. Public viewing will be held on April 19, 2022 – time 12:00 -5:00 pm in the funeral home chapel.

Celebration of Life Services will be held on April 21, 2022 at 12:00 noonat St. Elmo Missionary Baptist Church, 3701 W Avenue, Chattanooga.
