Mary "Dolly" Biondi Mastrippolito age 92 of Avondale, PA, died Monday May 18th 2020 at St. Francis Hospital in Wilmington, DE. She was the wife of John Mastrippolito with whom she shared 73 years of marriage. Born in Avondale, PA she was the daughter of the late John Biondi, and Marie Bucci Biondi. Mary worked in the family mushroom business with her husband and was a member of St. Patrick’s Church in Kennett. Mary enjoyed family picnics, and cooking; her pasta dishes were a well-known family staple. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, and having breakfast outings with her husband and daughter. In addition to her husband, Mary is survived by her son, Fred Mastrippolito and his wife Karen of Smyrna DE; daughter, Maryann Mastrippolito Conner and her husband Michael of West Grove; brother, John Biondi of Toughkenamon; 2 sisters, Edith Losito of Toughkenamon, and Theresa Caligiuri of West Grove as well as 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Mary was predeceased by her son John (Jackie) Mastrippolito, 3 brothers; Fred Biondi, Joseph Biondi, Paul Biondi, and 1 sister Margaret Biondi Malchione.
