It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Mary "MeMe" Delrie, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend who left us on November 19, 2024. Born on July 20, 1940, Mary was a beacon of love, kindness, and strength throughout her extraordinary life.

Known affectionately as MeMe to many, she preferred her given name, Mary. Regardless of the name she went by, her presence was a comforting constant, always full of love and strength.

In the family, Mary's absence will be most deeply felt by her son, Jerry Delrie, and her great granddaughters, Promise Sewell and Heaven-Leigh Sewell. Their hearts mourn for the loss of their loving mother and grandmother, but rejoice in the strong, kind, and loving years they were blessed to share with Mary.

While Mary is now reunited with her predeceased beloved husband, John Delrie, and cherished granddaughter, Tina Hood, their loss is still deeply felt. Mary's strength and love provided much comfort during these times of sorrow, and her memory will continue to do so.

Mary "MeMe" Delrie's legacy of kindness and strength will not be forgotten. She lived a life full of love, touching the hearts of many. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
