Mary Kathryn (Fitch)Choate, 62, of Canal Winchester, gave her life to organ donation Wednesday December 22, 2021.

Kathy was born on October 27, 1959 to Rebern Fitch in Columbus, Ohio.

Kathy was married to Jerry W. Choate for 21yrs with whom she raised two daughters. She was widowed once from Daniel E. Smith.

Kathy was a LPN who was passionate about nursing and patient care. Kathy worked in chemotherapy, Obgyn and Mental Health during her 43yr career. Kathy excelled at propping up patients and supporting them through the many passions and difficulties of their lives; she made it her mission to improve the lives of others. We will miss her greatly.

Kathy was predeceased by her father Rebern, grandfather Tom and grandmother Maude Fitch and husband Daniel E. Smith.
Kathy is survived by her brothers Rebern Jr, Michael Fitch and Jamie, Norman Branham, daughter Abba and son-in-law Aaron Raver, daughter Amanda and son-in-law Paul Monachino, grandsons Steven Schaefer III, Nathan Raver and Anthony Monachino, granddaughter Danyele Smith and great grandson Maddox Smith. Kathy also had three stepchildren and numerous grandchildren.
