Mary Breuer Brady, 77, of Goose Creek, SC, passed away October 31, 2024, in Goose Creek.
Born March 31, 1947, in Charleston, Mary attended Chicora High School and Baker Hospital School of Nursing before going to work at Robert Bosch, where she stayed until retirement. Mary’s faith was nurtured at Advent Lutheran Church, where she was baptized and confirmed.
Mary had a wide range of interests, including reading, travelling, and watching NASCAR, bull-riding , and westerns. She had a deep love for plants, animals, and music.
Mary is survived by daughters Lynn and Vicki Morris; brothers Charles (“Chuck”) and Frederick (“Bill”) Breuer; grandchildren Kyler, William, and Elizabeth Ramsey; and sons-in-law Robert Ramsey and Michael Roberson. She was expectantly awaiting the birth of her great-grandson, Parker.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Nancy and Charles Breuer, sister Helen Gillham, and beloved husband of thirty-one years, Joseph James (“Jim”) Brady.
A service to honor Mary’s memory was held at St. Timothy’s Lutheran Church in Goose Creek, SC, on November 4, 2024, at 2 PM.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that donations be made to the Berkeley Animal Center, reflecting her love for animals.
She will be sorely missed by all who loved her.
