My condolences to Marven's family. Marven was my mom's cousin and I can't remember a time when he wasn't around. When we lived in East Los Angeles, I used to walk to school with his older sister Donna but I don't remember if Marven was with us, although he might have been as he was a year older than me. Like me, he loved to eat so when we hung out you can be sure good food was on the itinerary! He had a great sense of humor and kept us laughing. Last time I saw him was at my dad's 91st birthday party and he was his usual happy self.  He was a joy to be around. He will be sorely missed! Thank you for the good times Marven!
