Dave's obituary
Dave is survived by his Mother Joan Martino, Brother Gary (wife Donna), Nieces Heather Fox and Krista Martino, nephew Garrett Martino (wife Senya) and his two fur-babies Boots and Tigger.
Dave was an avid photographer and developed and printed everything in his home dark-room. He enjoyed photographing nature and his family. His love of nature led him to the Ministry.
For all we have thought and have not thought,
For all we have said and left un-said,
For all we have done and left undone,
We ask you Lord for forgiveness.
-Rev. Martin David Martino
Dave loved everyone and was loved by everyone he met. He would always say “God Bless”, and never good bye, whenever he parted ways with family, friends or strangers.
Dave did not wish to have a celebration of life, but rather to have those left behind remember him as he was in life.
Reverend Martin David Martino is forever in our hearts.
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.
