Martin (Marty) Horak, 85, born and raised in Brooklyn, passed away on January 10, 2025 after a lengthy battle with heart disease.

Marty was born on June 12th, 1939 to Keifer and Claire.  He grew up in Brooklyn playing basketball and stickball.  In his early years he was as big around as the stick itself.  Marty met his best friend, soul mate, and wife Renee while she was still in High School.

They married on June 17, 1961 and had 3 children.  Lori their daughter was born June 2, 1962, Jeff their first son was born April 23, 1965, and Keith their baby was born January 25, 1972.

They had 5 grandchildren during their life together (Ashley, Rachel, William (Jeff's kids), Brandon, and Matthew (Keith's kids).

Marty lived to see and enjoy 3 of his great grands - Micah 5, Mason 3, and Aurora 1.
